Rental Policies
DEPOSIT - A deposit is charged at the beginning of the rental contract. All rental equipment and accessories therof must be returned on time and in the same condition as when they are rented to have the deposit refunded.
MAINTENANCE - The customer is responsible for all basic machine maintenance i.e. lubrication, oil and water levels maintained, tire pressure, etc. Return equipment clean and full of fuel to avoid any additional charges.
DAMAGE WAIVER - In consideration of an additional 10% of the gross rental charges Country True Value's Just Ask Rental agrees to modify your responsiblities by giving up our right to recover the cost of repairing or replacing rental equipment returned damaged as a result of:
- Loss due to fire
- Burglary
- Windstorm
- Flood
- Smoke
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Riot
Country True Value's Just Ask Rental would recover the cost of repairing or replacing equipment when it is returned in a damaged condition as a result of:
- Abuse or Misuse
- Loss of Accessory
- Improper Servicing
- Actions of Third Parties
- Exceeding Capacites
- Theft(Other than Burglary)
- Violations of Rental Agreement
- Mysterious Disappearance
- Tire Damage
- Intentional Damage
- Improper Transporting
- Glass Damage
- Vandalism
RESERVATIONS-Reservations are recommended on all rental equipment. Your reservation will assure you that your equipment will be here and ready to go when you need it.
DELIVERIES-We will deliver and pickup anywhere within reason. Delivery charges are based on distance from the store and size of equipment and set-up and tear down requirements. Ask or call us for delivery prices.
